This lace/light fingering weight is spun in Yorkshire from a blend of UK-grown Blue Faced Leicester and Masham wools. Soft yet durable, rustic but delicate, it is an expression of Britain's textile heritage and the landscape which gave rise to it. Sheepsoft blocks beautifully and is an excellent option for cozy classic shawls and scarves, as well as warm lightweight sweaters. Intimidated by the gauge? Hold it double to produce a DK/Worsted gauge, or pair it with a laceweight kid mohair for a luxurious and elegant result.
