Each of Handmaiden and Fleece Artist's "bundles" includes two of their yarns: a smooth-textured fingering weight and a lace weight kid mohair blend, dyed in coordinated colourways. The Aura Bundle is a pairing of luxurious and glossy Mini Maiden, a single-ply wool-silk blend, and Angel Hair, their signature laceweight kid-mohair.
Held together, the yarns knit to a worsted to chunky gauge, and create a fabric with a subtle halo and impressionistic colour. Juxtaposed in stripes or sections, the resulting fabric highlights the contrast in textures and weight.
